Baiju NT asked Krishnan Kartha whether Yogis have dreams.

Krishnan kartha said : Once Pritish Nandy, the veteran journalist asked SwamyChinmayananda whether the Swamy believed in God.Swamy's answered that it was like asking whether you would wash after shiting! (published in SUNDAY, a weekly published by Ananda Bazar Group from Calcutta in 70s).

A yogi in every sense an ordinary person. He is supposed to be a perfect person. The nature is perfectly in him.Note this point. The nature isperfectly in him. All avenues of nature is available to him.Dream is apossibility of mind.To weaklings it may be a block. But once you master yourmind , dream is a possibility not a limitation.I once told you, that somestudents of Carl Jung's School of Parapsychology in the United States havedeveloped a REVERIE technique in which dream state is exploited to analysefacts. There, dream is a possibility. The recent development in psychological treatment in the States is also going ahead in these lines. In India, patients in lunatic asylum are given sedatives... to sleep deep.. But in states, they are administering drugs to induce dreaming. They found that dreams create change in mental patients. We can use some homeopathic drugs with this effect inpatients here. That has shown good results. See, dream has possibilities...Nothing is manifest in this universe without a meaning and purpose. Then why can't a Yogi dream, Baiju ?

In the west, analysis of dream is also a professional service! The study of dreams, known as Oneiorology, is more concerned with the mechanisms and factors that cause dreams rather than finding their meaning. But the professionals interpret dreams approach this from a different perspective. .. There are also practitioners of reverie technique among the parapsychologists belonging to the school of Carl Jung. Mrs Phyllis Crystal is one among them. The reverie technique is utilising the dream state to predict future. The practitioner enters into a dream state voluntarily and projects the issue for learning the future.
